Automation for holiday rentals
Get your time back. Without losing the personal touch.
I get inside the day-to-day of your rental — guest messages, cleaning, maintenance, follow-up — find where your hours are actually going, and build the system that fixes it. You don't get a report at the end. You get something running.
Sound familiar?
- You answer the same guest questions week after week after week.
- Cleaners and maintenance run on WhatsApp threads and whatever you remember.
- You're on call 24/7 and can't recall your last properly free weekend.
- You couldn't say clearly where the money is going.
- You want more properties — but there are no hours left to put them in.
It isn't that you're managing it badly. It's that you're holding all of it up by hand.
Afterwards
How your week changes
- The repetitive questions answer themselves. Check-in times, wifi, directions, house rules, check-out. In your voice, at any hour, without you picking up your phone.
- Cleaning and maintenance stop depending on your memory. Every checkout triggers what needs to happen, and the people who need to know find out on their own.
- The guest journey runs without you pushing it. From booking to review, each step happens when it should.
- You get hours back. And with them, a real option to grow — more listings without more chaos.
Automated doesn't mean cold
The same worry comes up every time: "if I automate this, my guests will be able to tell."
They can tell when you reply late, or in a rush, or half-heartedly because you were in the middle of dinner. A good system does the opposite — it answers quickly, in your voice and to your standards, and leaves you free to show up where it genuinely matters.
The personal touch isn't what gets automated. The repetitive work stopping you from giving it is.
How I work
I find it, then I build it
Most of what there is to know about how your operation runs is in your head, or scattered across a dozen places. Getting it out is the first part of the job.
Diagnosis
We talk. I go through how you work today, property by property, and ask the questions nobody asks you. I come away with a map of your bottlenecks and what's worth fixing first.
I build it
No homework list handed back to you. I build the system, connect it to the tools you already use, and leave it running and tested.
I hand it over
I show you how it works and where to change things. It's your system — not a service you're stuck depending on.
Want to start smaller? I'll do the diagnosis on its own — you keep the map and decide what to do with it.
I work with what you already have. I won't ask you to replace your whole stack.
Is this for you?
Yes, if…
- You run one or more holiday rentals and the day-to-day is eating you alive.
- You want your time back, and you want room to grow.
- You care about the guest relationship and don't want to lose it along the way.
- You're willing to sit down with me and explain how you actually work.
No, if…
- The manual load doesn't bother you and you're not looking to change it.
- You don't want to grow or free up your time.
- You doubt automation would do anything for you, and you'd rather not find out.
Let's talk
Tell me what's going on
Write and tell me what's taking the most time out of your week right now. I'll reply with what I'd do in your position — even if we end up not working together.
